The SPG stands for ‘Special Performance Group’. This added approximately 15 more horsepower to the car with enhancements to the turbo and computer systems. These became known as Classic 900’s and are very collectible! This model shows 250,000 miles on the odometer. GM spent $25,000 just redoing the interior. Most all GM Heritage cars have close to $100,000 spent on the restoration.
